The platform is designed for landlords of all sizes, from those managing a single buy-to-let to operators running large Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with many individual tenants and rooms. Tenants get their own dedicated portal where they can view relevant safety certificates, report maintenance issues with photos, receive landlord announcements, and track rent — keeping communication transparent and accountable for both sides.
KeyWise is built and maintained by the KeyWise team. We are focused on making compliance simple, record-keeping reliable, and the landlord–tenant relationship smoother. Our first property is always free, with each additional property priced at just £5 per month and no long-term contracts, so landlords can try the platform without risk.
